We are honoured to announce that The Floating Grid – PAEGA Building has been selected as a finalist in the Completed Buildings – Adaptive, Retrofit category of the SHARE Architecture Awards 2026.
Rooted in the transformation of Thessaloniki’s historic port, the project reimagines the 1927–28 PAEGA warehouse as a contemporary 15,000 m² mixed-use destination, preserving its industrial character while giving the building a new life for offices, F&B and public-facing uses.
The project will be presented at the SHARE Architecture Festival & Awards in London, taking place on 3–4 December 2026. The live jury sessions will be held at the Barbican Centre, with the winners announced during the Gala Awards Ceremony at the Royal Academy of Arts on 4 December.
We look forward to presenting The Floating Grid in London and to joining architects and practices from around the world for this international celebration of contemporary architecture.
