The aim of this renovation was to transform an old workplace into a modern, joyful and functional office for a privately owned engineering services provider for Embedded and Control Technology based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The vision of the design team was to mirror the dynamic and the freshness of this company into their workplaces. Through the new layout the employees could work in a variety of spaces (open plan spaces, small private offices, think tank areas) that reflect the philosophy of a modern young aged company and also create flexible spaces to host more people in the future.
On either side of the linear corridor there are offices, meeting rooms and rooms for private working groups behind insulated glass walls with graphic designs on the facade. This design solution gives the opportunity to the employees to work in privacy and the benefit of the sun light which floods the entire space.
The main element of the interior design was to apply the color palette of the company’s logo on various surfaces such as floorings, wall coverings and furniture. The “pixel” idea transforms the entire place into an interesting canvas filled with various shapes, colors and graphic designs.
